Lomi Lomi is “Temple Style” Hawaiian massage. It was an ancient healing art practiced as a rite of passage by the Kahunas and has been passed down by Shamanic teachers. This technique uses appropriate draping allowing for full body runs and connectivity. The long, fluid massage strokes create confusion for the nervous system allowing for a deeper relaxation and release of ideas and emotions that are no longer beneficial to the client. This duration of this session is generally between 90 and 120 minutes.
