Aspire Holistic Health & Wellness LLC uses an integrative approach to assist clients with reaching their aspirations for health and wellness in body, mind and spirit. Holly Aaron offers Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, Healing Touch and a variety of massage techniques.

Holly has been a massage therapist since 2001. She is certified by the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy & Bodywork and licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Massage Therapy. She has worked with physical therapists and chiropractors in outpatient and inpatient settings. She has served as coordinator for the Healing Touch ministry at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church. Holly is a Healing Touch Practitioner, having completed the Healing Touch Program, which is accredited by the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) and endorsed by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board of Massage and Bodywork) and the AHNA (American Holistic Nurses Association).  She is recognized as a Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Holly graduated valedictorian from White River School of Massage in 2001 and received a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Arkansas Tech University in 1995.

Holly enjoys eating & preparing healthful food, quality sleep, hiking, biking, rock climbing, running, yoga, Qi Gong, gardening and travel. Holly has hiked in many National Parks in the United States, Canada, England, Scotland, and recently (2019), summit-ed Africa’s highest point, Mt. Kilimanjaro, the worlds highest free standing mountain.
