Healing Touch is a gentle, heart centered energy therapy utilizing light or near body touch to clear, energize and balance the energy system, often inducing relaxation and a deep sense of calm in the body, mind and spirit. Healing Touch restores balance and harmony to the biofield, enhancing the bodies capability for self healing. Clients remain fully clothed during a stand alone session. Sessions are 60-90 minutes. Healing Touch can be added to other types of sessions.
